Folder structure:

1: Main Film

Main film (online version) exported as an mp4 (or mov):

• H.264 - 25 fps - 35 Mbps
• With music
• Finished VFX(s) with example data in it
• Without burnt subtitles

2: Subtitles

Subtitle exported as a separate srt file:

• Timing of subtitles must be correct
• A placeholder can be used for clips with changing subtitles Eg. "Hi, name"

3: Name reading

Name reading exported as an mp4:

• H.264, 35 Mbps, 25 fps
• One file containing all the name recordings, SEEN will cut the names
• Must have correct grading and sound treatment applied

4: Audio

Export the following matching the main film:

• One complete audio track in wav-format
• One dialog track in wav-format
• One music track in wav-format
• One sound effect track in wav-format
