This article explains how to export data from SEEN Platform.

Export Process

Navigate DataExport in the main menu.

In the Export menu, you’ll be able to see the list of your previous exports, when they were originally created, their status as well as download them.

If you wish to create a new export, click on the New export button.

In the export modal, you can choose which existing Platform Properties you wish to choose for the export via the toggle buttons, as well as any Journey output and / or metrics you wish to export through the Add custom column dropdown.

You choose to export all data from the workspace, or a specific segment by choosing one from the Segment to export - dropdown menu.

There are two options for exporting Player links:

Player link = These links are meant to be sent to the end receivers. These collect statistics to your dashboard.

Preview Player link = These links are meant to be used for testing and video previews. The do not collect statistics to your dashboard.

Email thumbnail = Your personalised thumbnail used for the email.

Make sure to choose and use the correct option when exporting.
