Story guidelines
- Short: Keep your film short and concise, should aim for no longer than 1 minute, preferably closer to 30 seconds.
- Grab Attention: Start with a personalised, attention-grabbing intro.
- Example: Use AI name reading and show the name visually early in the film.
- Block clearly: Structure the story in a logical way.
- Example: intro, problem, solution, CTA.
- Visual-first: Use imagery or video over text; keep copy minimal and punchy.
- Example: Use image of their new personal credit card, their next flight destination or their favourite football team.
- Data with purpose: Only show data that drives the message or emotion—personalize where relevant.
- Example: First name, Last name, Points, Membership status, Suggested Destination.
- Call to action: Reinforce the message and include a clear, actionable CTA.
