This is a general guide on how the workflow of embedding the email thumbnail generally works.

When you have generated videos through SEEN platform (either via CSV import or API), you will get a unique, personalised email thumbnail image-link generated together with each video.

Adding these images to your email communication is commonly done as follows:

1. Create a new field for the email thumbnail image in your CRM / Marketing Automation system
2. Add the unique links to this field either via file import or through API
3. Use the newly created field as a dynamic image source in your communication
