This guide provides an overview of the various statistics and graphs available on the SEEN dashboard.
You will be able to toggle between your Journeys, select multiple Journeys, or view the total statistics of all your Journeys through this menu. This is set to All journeys by default.
When multiple Journeys are selected, the statistics shown in the dashboard reflect the combined data for all selected Journeys.
You will be able to change the date range of the statistics you wish to view through this menu. options include:
The timestamps in the dashboard reflect your current timezone.
This is set to Last 7 days by default.
You can export your statistics in different ways and formats if needed for external systems:
Copy as image to clipboard
This will copy an image of the current dashboard to your clipboard.
Performance CSV
This will export a CSV of the dashboard with a value and a cumulative column for visits, unique visits, videos played, watched till end, CTA clicks and shares. Hourly with time ranges up to 3 days, daily above 3 days.
Breakdown CSV
This will export a CSV of the dashboard with one row per measure, covering the conversion funnel, play rate, view-through, returning visits, device split, traffic sources, share destinations and averages per player.
You can filter dashboard statistics by player mode to view data for Embedded or Standalone players separately.
