Properties

Properties are the data fields you can use in the SEEN Platform to personalise your videos. You will need to create Properties beforehand in case you are sending in data to SEEN Platform via the API.

Creating Properties is also possible during the import process, if you are working with manual CSV files instead of the API.

In order to create new Properties, navigate to Data ⇒ Properties from the main menu.

In the Manage properties menu you’ll be able to see your existing properties. To add a new property, click on Create new property.

Give your new Property a name, choose if the data is supposed to be a Text or a Number value, and click Save.

You’ll now see your newly created Property in your Manage properties menu, and can start using it both with the API and import.
