SEEN Dashboard Guide

How to read your SEEN dashboard

This guide provides an overview of the various statistics and graphs available on the SEEN dashboard.

Please note that some sections of the dashboard are only relevant if SEEN is handling the distribution for you.

If you are using your own landing page set-up and/or video player, SEEN will not be able to gather statistics for the dashboard.

You will find more information about each point below.

Header

Notion image

Name of your company (”SEEN” in this example)

Name of your video campaign (”Docs Dashboard” in this example).

  • If you have multiple video campaigns with SEEN, you will be able to toggle between the dashboards by clicking the arrow next to the name of the video campaign.

Regenerate

  • This button refreshes your dashboard. You will see the last regeneration time displayed on the left side of the button.

Export Report

  • This button will export your dashboard as a PNG file.

  • The blue line on the second row visually represents the distribution process.
  • The highlighted numbers indicate the number of distributed films (bold numbers) and the total number of generated films (regular numbers).
  • Send progress gives you the percentage of distributed films.

The number of distributed films and “send progress” only apply if SEEN is distributing the films on your behalf. You will still be able to see the total number of generated films on this row.

Delivery statistics

In the delivery statistics section, you will be able to see how the campaign delivery has progressed.

Contacts

  • The number of recipients who have received their film via email or SMS.

Emails

  • The number of recipients who have received their film via email specifically, along with how many emails have bounced.

Email open rate

  • The percentage of recipients who opened the email after receiving it.

SMS

  • The number of recipients who have received their film via SMS specifically.

Clickthrough-Rate (CTR)

  • How many of the receivers that opened their email or SMS, also clicked through to the landing page. This is calculated based on amount of unique landing pages opened.

Delivery statistics are available only if SEEN is distributing the films on your behalf.

Last 5 Recent Views

The "Recent Views" card displays the first name of the receiver, their thumbnail, and the time of the five most recent video plays recorded.

Gauge - Graph

  • The percentage here indicates the proportion of receivers who have both opened their unique landing page and played their film.
  • The numbers below represent the total number of unique videos played (bold number), and total number of unique landing pages visited (regular number).

Views

  • This represents the average page views on a unique landing page, that has been visited at least once. In this example, if a page is opened at all, it has been visited 1.9 times on average.

Devices

Devices

  • This graph provides an overview of the types of devices your receivers use to view their films. This information can help you optimize your distribution for the most popular device type.

Visits

Total visits

  • The total number of visits, both unique and returning, to the landing pages for your film.

Unique visits

  • The number of unique visitors who have visited the landing pages in total. This number can be higher than the number of landing pages visited (see “Views”), as visits from someone who received a shared landing page are also counted as unique.

Returning visits

  • The number of times the landing pages have been visited by someone who has already visited that page.

Last 30 Days Activity

  • This chart visualises the activities for the last 30 days:

Views

  • The total number of unique films watched.

Visits

  • The total number of times the landing pages were visited.

Sends

  • The total number of email and SMS sends.

“Sends” is only available if SEEN is doing the distribution on your behalf.

User Actions

This card shows you which CTA buttons and links were clicked on the landing pages, along with the number of times each button or link was clicked.

Potential Social Reach

This card gives you an overview of the campaign numbers with total amount of films generated, unique landing pages visited, social media shares, as well as the potential social reach.

The potential social reach of the shared landing pages, calculated based on an average of 25 views per shared post.
