Supported files

File format and size limits supported by Seen Platform for image, video, and audio uploads.

Images

We support both jpg and png in any dimensions, but they can't be bigger than 1920 pixels either horizontally or vertically. Max size 15 MB.

Video

We support mp4 or mov files in any dimensions. Max size is 256 MB.

Audio

We support mp3, m4a, and wav files. Max size 10 MB.
